With a prominent career spanning more than two decades, Spiro considers himself profoundly grateful for the privilege of working with esteemed individuals and family offices worldwide, honored to have been entrusted with the sale and acquisition of numerous notable masterpieces. Most notably, in July 2022 he was appointed by the Holy Synod of the Church of Greece as Fine Art Assets Executive, serving as the sole representative in all art-related affairs and as senior advisor to His Beatitude Ieronymos II, Archbishop of Athens and All Greece. In parallel, he held an advisory role associated with the Collection of Modern and Contemporary Art of the Vatican Museums, during the pontificate of His Holiness Pope Francis. His tenure concluded in March 2025.
His unwavering commitment to delivering results grounded in principles, integrity, and ethos has cemented his reputation as a connoisseur of the highest caliber. After many years abroad, Spiro has returned to his roots in Athens, Greece, his city of birth. He currently advises and oversees acquisitions for the private collection of a distinguished member of the Stassinopoulos family, founders of the multinational industrial conglomerate Viohalco S.A.
